Terms and conditions
To make sure all participants are having a good time on our bouncy castles, we also have to make sure that all participants are safe. This is why when we hire out our bouncy castles we need everyone to take a look at our terms and conditions.
It is our responsibility as the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.

Please abide by these rules:
- Each unit has an age limit. Please ensure this age limit is abided by
- A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times
- No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or ‘silly string’ to be used near or on the inflatable
- Children using our castles should be no taller than the walls of the castle
- The inflatable must be fully secured to the ground at all times during use
- All shoes, badges, jewellery, belts, glasses and contact lenses must be removed
- No smoking near the inflatable
- No water to be used on the inflatable
- No climbing, hanging or sitting on the wall of the inflatable
As well as:
- No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable
- Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded
- Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time
- Do not play around the entrance or exit
- In the event of heavy rain it is recommended that the inflatable be switched off
- The adult supervisor must watch for careless or reckless behaviour
- Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times
- Do not use the inflatable in high winds
- Please have the inflatable ready for collection in the same state as it was delivered to you

Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurred as a result of misuse.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
Any damage or theft caused to the equipment by improper use or lack of care must be paid for. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
